How do I get my race number and timing chip?
You will need to pick up your race number, electronic chip and race information pack, on the day from Race HQ. This will be open between 9:00am and 9:40am. Any one arriving after this time, could be refused to run.
Can I enter on the day?
On-line entries close at noon on Monday 1st July (unless the race limit of 500 has been reached before then) and there will be no entries on the day.
I’m not going to be able to participate, do you offer a refund?
In common with the vast majority of races, we do not offer refunds or deferrals. Sorry.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
We appreciate that some runners will get injured in the build up to the race so we allow numbers to be transferred up to and including 28th June 2019. Requests received after this date will not be permitted. (Note: Anyone who runs under someone else’s number will be disqualified and banned from future events) To transfer, please get in touch with us using the contact form.
What sort of trainers should I wear?
The majority of the course is run on tarmac and pavement and so road shoes are recommended. Please use your judgement closer to race day when choosing your footwear. Speak to Runner World, Eastcote
What is the minimum age to be to be able to enter?
You must be 15 yrs old on race day.

How do I get to there?

Are there changing rooms and toilets?
Unfortunately there’s no changing facilities. Toilets will be located at the main entrance of the Park near Race HQ. See Course Map for further details.
Do you have a bag drop?
Yes, next to race HQ.
Is there a water station?
Yes, there is 1 water station.
Where can I get refreshments on race day?
There will be refreshments, including Hot Drinks and Hot food (post race) available from approved vendors around HQ and the main entrance on Swakeleys Drive.
Is there any important safety information I should know
Please remember that the route is not traffic free. There are numerous marshals on the course but they do not have powers to stop traffic. Please watch out for cars!
Are headphones allowed during the race?
As per UK Athletics rules and for health and safety reasons iPods, MP3 players or equivalents will not be allowed in this race. Any runner seen contravening this rule will be immediately disqualified.
I am visually impaired and would like to run with a Guide Runner. Is the course suitable for me?
As with all runners, you will need to determine whether the conditions on the day are suitable for you, but welcome VI runners and you identify yourself as such, will give a free entry to your qualified Guide Runner.
What is this years chosen charity?
This years charity is going to be shared across local Charities within the London Borough Hillingdon. This worthwhile cause is helping to provide a better services available to children and adults with special needs.
Can my friends/family come watch and support?
We encourage spectators to come along as there is plenty of Parkland to explore being situated on site including a fantastic park. Alternatively bring deck chairs, rugs, cameras & a smile. There will be hot/cold drinks and food available.
Will there be Photographers during the race?
We will have photographers around the course and in the start/finish arena. The photographs will be available on our website following the event, we publish the links as soon as they become available.
